At Critical Planning we provide a comprehensive planning services at pre contract stage and full project control services during delivery phase.

We have experience with different  types of contracts that include NEC and JCT. We ensure the project programme fully complies with the contract requirement.

We use the latest tools available in market such as primavera, Microsoft project etc. as per the requirement. 

We load every programme with resource and cost. During the execution phase we regularly update programme with progress and provide bespoke reporting including EV to help assess the health of project.

We engage with all the stakeholders in the project and constantly liaison with them to make sure the plan is robust and risk free.

We help manage the risk and provide adequate measures within programme for unforeseen delays should the project encounter.

We take care of all the changes including PMI and CEs and make sure those are fully integrated and effected in the programme following due process in the contract.
